If you are here to just get a massage without exploring or reflecting on how you got to where you are or get to the root causes of chronic conditions (be they Physical, Mental/Emotional, or Spiritual), I get it. Sometimes you just need to work out the knot in your back. However, if that is the only thing you are looking for, we may not be a good fit. There are some very talented LMT’s on the Island whom I am happy to point you towards, but if you’re here and want to work with me, we’re gonna get deep.

I very often interweave all my disciplines together in any given appointment. Sometimes a Bodywork session can turn into a Somatic-journey inward to talk with a symptom or lost soul piece. Sometimes my Herbal Consultations will turn into a Reiki Session. I am always working with You to create and shape this Work to best fit your needs.

This is not a one-size-fits-all approach, and it may take time over multiple sessions to address any given issue. But if you’re willing to put in the time and energy and dedication to showing up that’s when the Magick happens.✨
