Session Flow and Modalities

Working Together

I am a Holistic and Vitalistic Practitioner, so I want the Whole Picture - This is why I block in 30-45 minutes for first time intakes, and 15 minutes at the beginning of every session after that. This is so we can go over your History, Aches and Pains, Habits, Struggles, Goals, Emotions, Astrology, or whatever is alive for you that day.*

I also like to work collaboratively. Everything offered is an invitation, because at the end of the day, this is truly your time, I am the facilitator and Consent is our Matriarch.

*I am not a Councilor I am not licensed to give mental health advice. The main purpose of the space given at the beginning of each session is an opportunity to be witnessed to help release any physical or spiritual tension of suppressing what needs to be heard.

*I am also not a Doctor, and cannot provide health advice or services outside my scope of practice as a Licensed Massage Therapist.

The First Session

90 minutes; 30-45 minutes for the intake and 60-75 for the Work.

There are options for you to choose from if you’re looking to experience more specific modalities like Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki , Trigger Pointing, or a more Coaching/ Spiritwork focus. The intention for this Session is getting to know each other to make sure we’re a good fit.

I typically tell clients to commit to at least 3 sessions with me if they want to be in a different place, and 8 sessions if the really want to be in a different place. ~ so I made packages! These are locked prices and are cheaper than my lowest sliding scale point. Great for folks who are ready to do the Work more consistently, but also need a little relief on their wallets- *payment plans available.
