~Tis the Season. Cultures from around the World have used the onset of Fall/Winter as a signal to take pause, retreat inward, and honor / celebrate Kin on the other side. This Ritual feels more important now, in a time where we are actively losing our connection to past Knowledge, Experience, or Skill, as well as to Spirit and the Land. A people without these connections are lost, and easily influenced. This is the threat and damage of Colonialism.

This is why I am inviting you to join us in person Wednesday, October 28th, 5-7p at the Old Soul Bazaar to help kindle the flame of this tradition in a way that is Personal to you.

This Workshop is for anyone looking to start or strengthen their Ancestral Practice- regardless of current relationship with immediate or past family members, estranged or otherwise. In fact this Work can be the beginning steps of a long Journey in Healing/ Reclaiming those connections. -This Work is for everyone.

What We’ll Cover:

-What makes an Ancestor and what counts as “Veneration”

-The importance (especially now) in connecting with them.

-A guided journey to call in an Ancestor.

-The last ~45min is dedicated to painting/ designing your own Ancestral talisman to place on an altar, your car, or carry around with you as a way to continue the Work.
